The third season of the MiniFBM Series started on August 22nd,  and a record was set for most cars in attendance.  31 drivers showed up to attempt to qualify for the 15 spots.   The action on the Ellis Failring was as expected  - moments of excitment with a majority of the time spent keeping your car off the walls.  Rik de Jong swept the weekend, but only after Joe Holmes was disqualified for reckless driving on the formation lap of an aborted start to the feature race.

The series heads next to Blackwood Grand Prix Reversed with added chicanes on Sunday, 5 September 2010.

• Car 08 was excluded from this round for reckless driving, and causing multiple avoidable incidents.  The driver is also excluded from Round 2 of the 2010 MiniFBM Series.
• Car 36 was excluded from this round for reckless driving and unsportsmanlike behaviour on the aborted Feature Race formation lap.  The driver is also excluded from Rounds 2 and 3 of the 2010 MiniFBM Series.
