The rules for the 2010 Kyoto 250 are now available!  They are mostly the same as last season, with a few notable exception: The Beneficiary/Free Pass car has been eliminated.  Also, drivers spectating from outside of a pitbox without permission will be disqualified from the event (not given official credit for racing).  Other changes may come as the practice races take shape, but it was determined that most of last year's issues were down to driver behaviour.   The administaration may be more strict on giving session credit to try and combat this.
