We're halfway through the 2010 iCON Touring Car Championship season, and the third round was held at the tight, treacharous South City Town Course circuit, in reversed configuration.  On the whole, action was clean, with only two safety cars needed throughout the weekend.  A season low 32 drivers took part in pre-qualifying, and only 25 in the shooouts.  Nonetheless, a full grid was had, and for the third time this season, no driver has repeated a victory.  Three drivers were disqualified due to varying infringements in Races 2 and 3.

The following is the penalty summary for Round 3.

Race 1

• Car 146 receives a warning for spectating without permission from race control.

Race 2

• Car 173 receives a  formal warning for disregarding yellow flags.
• Car 59 is excluded from results and issued a formal warning for reversing into traffic and overtaking under Safety Car.
• Car 146 is excluded from results and issued a formal warning for driving in an unsafe manner under Safety Car conditions.
• Car 71 will receive a 10 place grid penalty at next race for spectating without permission.
• Car 80 will receive 10 place grid penalty at next race for spectating without permission.
• Car 91 receives a final warning for reckless driving after race finish.

Race 3

• Car 116 receives a warning for chat in race.
• Car 91 was excluded from the race for driving the wrong way on track.
